As therapist our backgrounds, training and work experience make our working days different to others so we all have our own way from our training how we differ and techniques that we use. Due to the different shapes and sizes of clients and tolerance levels each session can be very different from the other. Different techniques from the massage itself to foam rolling, trigger point and resistance band stretching can all help with the treatment.
Liam has been highly successful in Personal Training, starting at Virgin Active Nottingham with a large client base, Liam managed to get clients consistent results and changed their mindset on exercises and nutrition and their lifestyle and how important it is to stay fit and healthy.
